8 Marlin Court is the perfect Coral Bay holiday home with plenty of outdoor recreation areas to allow everyone their own space to relax. Perfect for families or couples. The house sleeps a maximum of six people in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the other room contains a bunk bed and a queen bed. A large family room and kitchen occupy the centre of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave large fridge, a small second fridge, small chest freezer and all the equipment you need. The house also has a laundry, washing machine and outdoor washing line on the fully paved patio. There is an indoor bathroom with a separate toilet, and the house is plumbed to fresh cold water via the Coral Bay desalination plant. The Sitting, Dining, kitchen area in the centre of the house is air-conditioned and includes a television with VAST satellite attached to bring you all the free to air channels. The main feature of the house is the huge Rustic covered timber veranda and deck area with BBQ and outdoor setting. After a day on the water this is the perfect place to unwind. There is a very pleasant shower outside, to rinse off before taking to the hammock, the hammock chair or the outdoor bean bags on the wide verandah. Other than linen and consumables - everything else is supplied. Linen is available, at an additional charge; please ask about this when booking.
